I have been a resident in Enfield for all my life and love helping people in the area, whether that is through volunteer work,  interviewing local politicians, or now turning my attention to people’s health.

At the crux of all my decisions I care about helping others. I have been working with top level athletes analysing Premier League clubs for over 5 years and I am hoping to bring that expertise to you. During this time I have worked with some of the best trainers out there looking at an extensive array of subjects starting at rehab from injuries all the way through to aiding players to achieving their maximum output, all whilst writing extensively on these subjects.
